Return Policy

  • Return Period: 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Condition: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Products must be in new condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: These are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

  • Restocking Fees: None.

Important Note

This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and does not include:

  • Damage caused by accidents or improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading of materials or colors due to sun exposure

  • Alterations made after purchase

  • Sizing errors

  • Water damage or exposure

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email (preferably from the same address used to place your order) to [email protected] with the following:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos (if applicable) to help us expedite the process

  2. Ship the item to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the outcome and refund status.

Return Shipping

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to an error on our end, we will cover those costs.

Damaged or Substandard Product

To resolve any quality issues as quickly as possible:

  • Please send a clear photo of the defect or damaged area

  • Place the product on a flat surface, with the label clearly visible in the photo

If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you are entitled to request a refund.
