Return Policy
Return Period: 14 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Products must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a fulfillment error on our part.
Restocking Fee: None.

Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

Normal product wear and tear

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect, KraftDecker LTD will cover the shipping expenses.
Damaged or Defective Products

Defective Product Claims

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

Product Warranty
All products sold by KraftDecker LTD are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and legal guarantees in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
Documentation: Retain your invoice and delivery slip to claim warranty
Usage Compliance: Warranty applies only if the product is used according to its intended function and guidelines
Outcome: Product may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or eligible for contract cancellation
Technical Inspection: If no defect is found, inspection costs may apply

Returns Under Warranty
Original Packaging: Required, along with all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.)
Repackaging Tip: Place the original box in a secondary shipping box to avoid damage
Shipping Costs: KraftDecker LTD will cover shipping for warranty returns
