Return Policy

  • Return Period: 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Condition: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Products must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a fulfillment error on our part.

  • Restocking Fee: None.

Important Notes

Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents or misuse

  • Normal product wear and tear

  • Color fading due to sunlight

  • Modifications after purchase

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable) to help speed up the process

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect, KraftDecker LTD will cover the shipping expenses.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is defective or not as expected, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Defective Product Claims

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: KraftDecker LTD will cover return and reshipment costs for qualifying returns

  • Exclusions: Software purchases are non-refundable

Product Warranty

All products sold by KraftDecker LTD are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and legal guarantees in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

  • Documentation: Retain your invoice and delivery slip to claim warranty

  • Usage Compliance: Warranty applies only if the product is used according to its intended function and guidelines

  • Outcome: Product may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or eligible for contract cancellation

Returns Under Warranty

  • Original Packaging: Required, along with all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.)
